We currently ship throughout New Zealand using trusted courier services. Standard delivery timing depends on destination and whether your address is urban or rural.

Orders of $120 or more in products, after any discounts, qualify for free shipping across New Zealand, including rural delivery.
Order Processing
Most orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Once your parcel is on its way, we send a confirmation email with tracking details where available.
Click & Collect
You can choose Click & Collect at checkout and pick up your order from our Taradale store at 237 Gloucester Street. Orders are usually ready the same day or by the next business day at the latest, and we will email you when your order is ready.
Gift Wrapping
Complimentary gift wrapping is available at checkout. If you are sending directly to someone else, we will package it to feel gift-ready on arrival.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer standard international shipping. If you are outside New Zealand and want to ask about a particular order, contact us and we will let you know whether a manual shipping option is possible.
